We believe every person deserves to live well—without the burden of unnecessary prescriptions, inflated prices, or a system that puts profits before people.
We’re building a better healthcare future by educating and empowering individuals to take charge of their health through prevention-first living, fair pricing, and systemic reform.
Empower a new healthcare system where prevention and wellness lead, transparency and fair pricing prevail, and every person has the ability to live well.
To provide science-based education, actionable tools, and transformative programs that build therapeutic trust, help people live healthier lives, advocate for fair pricing, and lead a nationwide shift toward prevention and wellness first.
We educate and inspire people to make proactive, natural choices that support long-term health—without relying on a “pill for every ill.” Our MIND program (Medication Induced Nutrient Depletion) helps individuals build sustainable wellness through lifestyle and knowledge.
Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) operate in the shadows of healthcare. We’re pulling back the curtain—exposing how PBMs manipulate prices, restrict access, and hurt independent pharmacies. Through advocacy and awareness, we’re demanding fair, transparent pricing and restoring trust in the pharmacy system.
The healthcare system isn’t broken—it was built this way. We’re helping people recognize the deeper systemic issues that prioritize profit over prevention. Through patient education, policy insight, and community-building, we’re working to shift power back to individuals and local providers.

For more than two decades, Daniel Strause has witnessed firsthand how America’s health care system has been overtaken by vertically integrated corporations, pharmacy benefit managers, insurance carriers, and their affiliated entities, all profiting at the expense of patients, independent pharmacies, and communities.
As a CPA trained at the former Big Six accounting firm Arthur Andersen, Daniel was taught the principles of healthy skepticism, “trust but verify,” and the relentless pursuit of truth through evidence and accountability. When he transitioned from finance to pharmacy ownership, he applied those same values to patient care. His family of pharmacies was built on a mission to help people move from pharmaceutical to nutraceutical to food-based health, a holistic approach rooted in prevention, education, and empowerment.
Now, through sweeping initiatives of NIPA Academy including Healthy Living, PBM Reform, and Healthcare Reimagined, Daniel brings together his expertise in finance and health to audit America’s healthcare system on behalf of patients, pharmacists, and employers. His work not only exposes how middlemen manipulate for profit, but also educates and empowers individuals with practical, evidence-based solutions. Each initiative tackles a critical piece of the system: shifting from sick care to self-care, challenging the PBM status quo, and reimagining a transparent, sustainable model of care that puts people first.
Known as “The Auditor for Patients and Advocate for Fair Health Care,” Daniel combines investigative rigor with compassion, turning data into truth and truth into action. His goal is simple but profound: to verify what’s broken, expose who profits, and help America rebuild a health care system worthy of its people.
